About Us

Lisa Hale

Lisa is married with two children in elementary school. Growing up she was always involved in dance, and even toured Europe with her dance troupe. In high school she was a cheerleader while still participating in her dance activities and competitions. She has always enjoyed exercising and being active.

After the birth of her second child, she was faced with the problem of how to get back in shape and feel comfortable in her own skin again. She needed something that would allow her to spend time with her young children and still have time to exercise. Becoming a fitness instructor was the perfect solution to help her achieve those goals.

Lisa is a certified AFAA Group Exercise instructor. She is trained and specializes in kickboxing, indoor cycling, strength training, and high/low impact aerobics. Lisa also has been instrumental in starting seated aerobics classes at senior centers in Burbank. She has taught all these classes at a local gym for many years, bringing to the table years of expertise.

Laura Pratt

Laura has always enjoyed sports and team activities. In high school she played softball, basketball and volleyball. Being physically fit through college and young adult years was never a challenge, until a full-time desk job got in the way. Physical health was put on the back burner as her career in Information Technology got off the ground.

After spending a decade being overweight and unhappy with herself, Laura decided it was time to get the body back that she used to have. She joined a local gym and started recovering her physical health. Indoor cycling classes were the catalyst to getting her fitness levels back, and it seemed a natural step to become an instructor.

Laura is a certified AFAA Group Exercise instructor. She is trained and specializes in indoor cycling, strength training, and high/low impact aerobics. Laura is also an AFAA-certified personal trainer.
